Back In Time carriage rides
Situated by the Dalby Forest Visitor Centre
Dalby Forest is situated on the southern slopes of the North York Moors National Park. The forest comprises mostly of pines and spruces, although there are many broad leaf trees such as ash, oak, beech, alder & hazel. The forest also provides cover for a variety of wildlife such as badgers, roe deer, foxes and several varieties of birds.
Back In Time would like to give you the opportunity to experience the peace and tranquillity of Dalby Forest in a traditional manner. Ride in a comfortable carriage pulled by either of our two ponies, Holly and Maisey. Both ponies are trained to pull a two or four seater wagonette. Holly is a nine year old Dales cross Welsh Cob pony and is bay in colour, whilst Maisey is a Dales pony, also nine years old and is black in colour. Both ponies sport white stars on their faces, while Holly has one white sock.
